Our Denim and Shirting styles are MADE IN AUSTRALIA. We work closely with our artisans here in Australia to support the local industry. The factories in Australia are socially responsible with ethical manufacturing practices. They are part of the ESSE family. We often pop in and deliver them tasty treats.

KNITWEAR

Our Knitwear is made in a small, boutique factory in CHINA. This type of knitwear cannot be manufactured in Australia. It requires certain machinery and specialised technical skills. Our offshore partners are an extension of our local family. We cant drop in and give them treats, but we take to time to get to know them. 

DENIM

Denim is the non negotiable for us at ESSE. Aesthetically, it is classic and never dates. Echoing our sentiment for investing in pieces for longevity. Functionally, the time-honoured fabrication is built to last and age well. 

Our premium denim is sourced from ITALY. We work closely with our partners to develop this denim for ESSE. The Denim is naturally dyed indigo, and finished by hand. 

COTTON 

Crisp cotton shirting is modern refinement. We aim to take this classic and reframe it with a unique point of view. The cotton is designed to be a statement, yet still easy to wear and simple to care for.

Our premium cotton is sourced from ITALY. We sourced this cotton from our partners in Italy to ensure the highest of quality.

Our sizing does run true. Each style is individual and designed with proportion in mind. It is important to note some pieces have been designed with deliberate sculpture and volume. This will be proportional to the size. If you are concerned feel free to purchase and we can happily offer a size exchange.

The DENIM will soften and relax over time. However not like other jeans, this denim has been treated like a tailored RTW piece. With this in mind, it isn't important to do the customary denim jean 'down-size'.

The KNITWEAR is a higher performing luxurious stretch, the pieces are designed to hold their shape over time and recover well.

At ESSE we are all about investing in your pieces. They are meant to be loved and lived in. We want them to be just right so you hold onto it forever. 

With this in mind, with offer a full refund on all purchases. You need to make sure all original labelling is attached and the garment is in its original condition.

All international shipping is via DHL EXPRESS and will take 5-10 working days to arrive. 

International shipments to Zone One are NZ, USA, UK, Canada and EU: $35. 

For international shipments to Zone Two (outside the above areas): $50. 

We will provide you with a tracking number for your international purchases.We aim to fulfil our orders within 1 business day (Mon-Fri). This does not include public holidays. 

Duties & taxes are the not payable by ESSE STUDIOS. Please check with your customs authorities prior to your purchase to be clear on any duties & taxes you might incur. These charges will be payable by you when the goods arrive in your country. Duties & taxes differ for each country.
