Returns & Refunds
At ESSE we are all about investing in your pieces.
They are meant to be loved and lived in. We want them to be just right so you hold onto it forever. With this in mind, with offer a FULL REFUND on all purchases sold at FULL PRICE.
No exchanges or refunds are accepted on goods purchased in conjunction with a discount offer. This includes Archive sale events.
Returns are accepted within 10 business days of receiving your order. You need to make sure all original labelling is attached, and the garment is in its original condition. Garments must not have been worn or washed.
Please follow our returns process below:
1. Email us email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your purchase. Let us know what you want to return, and if you would like an exchange or refund. If you would like an exchange, please let us know what you are looking for so we can check our inventory.
2. In our return email, we will provide you with a return reference number to include in your package.
3. Ship your parcel back to us. Shipping costs will not be refunded. We will allow a drop off service if you are in the Sydney Metro area.
Please note: You are responsible for any damage incurred to the items during the return shipment. Please send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging. Tracking on your parcel is recommended.
4. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days at ESSE.
