SHIPPING & RETURNS
We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day, however during new season launches or promotional periods, dispatch may be delayed slightly. If you have any queries regarding your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us.
A dispatch confirmation email with a unique tracking number is sent for all orders. All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require a signature. If the recipient provides the Authority To Leave, then the buyer accepts all responsibility for missing packages.

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING Australia Wide via Couriers Please. Estimated delivery times are within 3-5 days.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
We offer EXPRESS SHIPPING within Australia for a flat rate of $20 via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are within 1-3 days.
SAME DAY SHIPPING
SAME DAY SHIPPING is available for metro Sydney addresses on orders placed before 11am for a flat rate of $30.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped via DHL EXPRESS with an estimated arrival time of 5-10 working days.
International shipments to Zone One (NZ, USA, UK, Canada and EU) are charged at a flat rate of $60.
International shipments to Zone Two (outside the above areas) are charged at a flat rate of $90.
DUTIES & TAXES
International shipments are dispatched under DAP (Delivered at Place) Inco terms. Any associated duties or taxes become the sole responsibility of the customer and if applicable, will be payable by you when the goods arrive in your country. Customers who decline to pay these duties and taxes, leading to the return of the parcel to ESSE STUDIOS are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may be incurred, as well as the cost of returning your parcel to us; and will be deducted from your order refund once your shipment has been received. We recommend contacting your country’s customs office for further information.

RETURNS
OUR RETURNS POLICY
At ESSE we are all about investing in your pieces.
They are meant to be loved and lived in. We want them to be just right so you hold onto them forever. With this in mind, we will offer a credit note or refund for return requests made within 14 days of receiving your order.
No returns are accepted on any items purchased with a discount of 50% or greater. Sale items purchased at a discount of less than 50% are eligible for a credit note only.
Original labelling must be attached, and the garment must be in its original condition. Garments must not have been worn or washed.
THE RETURN PROCESS
1. Lodge your return request here.
2. If your return request is approved, you will receive a Returns Authorisation number and further instructions on return shipping via email.
3. Ship your parcel back to us via a service of your choice. We also allow in-person returns at our Atelier in Sydney: please click here to book an appointment for the Atelier.
Please note: Any shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer. ESSE will not accept returns for items that have incurred any damage during the return shipment. Please ensure the products are well packaged, in the original box and/or packaging if possible. Registered tracking for all parcels is recommended.
4. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
