SHIPPING & RETURNS
We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day, however during new season launches or promotional periods, dispatch may be delayed slightly. If you have any queries regarding your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us.
A dispatch confirmation email with a unique tracking number is sent for all orders. All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require a signature. If the recipient provides the Authority To Leave, then the buyer accepts all responsibility for missing packages.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING Australia Wide via Couriers Please. Estimated delivery times are within 3-5 days.
We offer EXPRESS SHIPPING within Australia for a flat rate of $10 via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are within 1-3 days.
SAME DAY SHIPPING
SAME DAY SHIPPING is available for metro Sydney addresses on orders placed before 11am for a flat rate of $30.
CLICK & COLLECT
Local collection is available from our Sydney Head Office.
All international orders are shipped via DHL EXPRESS with an estimated arrival time of 5-10 working days.
International shipments to Zone One (NZ, USA, UK, Canada and EU) are charged at a flat rate of $35.
International shipments to Zone Two (outside the above areas) are charged at a flat rate of $50.
DUTIES & TAXES
Duties & taxes differ for each country and are not payable by ESSE.
Please check with your local customs authorities prior to your purchase to be clear on any duties & taxes you might incur. These charges will be payable by you when the goods arrive in your country.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
At ESSE we are all about investing in your pieces.
They are meant to be loved and lived in. We want them to be just right so you hold onto them forever. With this in mind, we will offer a credit note, exchange or refund for return requests made within 7 days of receiving your order.
No refunds are accepted on any items purchased with a discount of over 50%. Sale items purchased at a discount of less than 50% are eligible for an exchange or a credit note only.
Original labelling must be attached, and the garment must be in its original condition. Garments must not have been worn or washed.
THE RETURN PROCESS
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving your purchase. Let us know your order number and what pieces you would like to return, and if you would like an exchange, credit note or refund. If you would like an exchange, please let us know what you are looking for so we can check our inventory.
2. In our return email, we will provide you with a return reference number to include in your package.
3. Ship your parcel back to us. Shipping costs will not be refunded. We will allow a drop off service if you are in the Sydney Metro area.
Please note: You are responsible for any damage incurred to the items during the return shipment. Please send the products well packaged, in their original box and/or packaging if possible. Tracking on your parcel is recommended.
4. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
